Leg of lamb (Portions or Whole)

A classic roasting joint, our Leg of Lamb is tender, full of flavour and perfect for a traditional Sunday roast.

For best results, season with garlic and rosemary and roast at 190°C / 170°C fan until cooked to your liking. Allow to rest before carving, then serve with roast potatoes, vegetables, gravy and mint sauce.
