Lamb Meatballs!

Made with our high-quality lamb mince, these meatballs are packed with flavour and can be mixed in advance, making meal prep a breeze. Ingredients:

2tbsp bread crumbs (can omit if you don't have them)

4tsp dried oregano

3tsp dried basil

Salt & pepper

1 or 2 cloves garlic, grated/crushed

zest of lemon

Red onion finely chopped

4 pittas to serve


Method

  • Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands ideally!

  • Leave the mixture to develop flavours for at least 30 minutes, it is best to do this in the fridge so that the mixture firms up. You can also do this overnight.

  • Using teaspoons, or your hands, make neat little meatballs out of the mixture.

  • Either cook in the air fryer at 80C for 15-18 minutes (testing they are cooked before serving) or fry in oil on a pan on the hob, you can oven cook at 180C for 15-18 minutes on a baking tray.

  • Serve in pittas with salad and hummus - or however you fancy!
