Cooking with our ready made curry sauces.

Our curry sauces are ideal for a quick stir together meal for the whole family - this could be a weeknight or when you just want to save time at the weekend but still want to serve something tasty and full of goodness.

We are really proud of these sauces as they don't contain things that you cannot pronounce or don't recognise. Take a look at the ingredients list yourself (photo below). These sauces can be used on their own with meat or you can add extra onions and peppers if you wish.

These sauces are available from Rush Green and Gidea park for just £3.99 each making them a far cheaper (and no doubt healthier) option than a take away. We are pretty sure you can have these served in a quicker time than it would take for a take away to arrive too!


  • 500g Diced meat to your liking - 3 breast of chicken and one jar will serve a family of 4.

  • Choose your curry jar!

  • 2tbsp White wine vinegar (or cider vinegar)

  • If you wish you can add onion & peppers - slice.

  • Rice/breads to serve.


  1. Marinate meat with vinegar for 10minutes.

  2. If using added veg - slice and fry in a pan with some oil until softened.

  3. Add diced meat and sear on all sides, fry for 5 minutes.

  4. Remove veg and meat from the pan and set aside.

  5. Add oil to the pan and add the curry sauce when the oil is at a high heat - cook off the curry sauce to release the flavours.

  6. Add the meat and veg to the pan, stirring to ensure all ingredients are mixed well.

  7. Place a lid on the jar and simmer for 20 minutes.

  8. For a milder taste you can add double cream towards the end of cooking.
