A perfect summer dish to share with friends and family. Serve up in buns with slaw & pickles!

Ingredients (Serves 4)
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (buy yours HERE)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown ale
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
Buns, pickles, and slaw to serve!

Method
Mix all the ingredients - except the cornstarch, water, buns pickles & slaw, in your slow cooker.
Cook for 6-8 hours - the chicken should be tender.
Remove the meat and when it is cool enough to handle, shred with 2 forks.
Transfer the cooking juices from the slow cooker into a small saucepan, bring to a boil. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth, stir into the saucepan to thicken the sauce.
Return the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add chicken to the sauce; toss to coat.
Serve on buns. Add pickles, slaw, and additional Sriracha sauce if desired!
